Goldman Sachs Student Possibility Program is accepting applications for its new Student in the U.S. The program is open to undergraduate and graduate students from all disciplines who are currently enrolled at an accredited college or university as full-time sophomores or juniors for the current academic year and have no previous internship experience at Goldman Sachs. Candidates must have a demonstrable interest in pursuing a career in technology upon graduation and should demonstrate personal attributes that align with the core culture such as leadership potential; teamwork and collaboration; communication skills; analytical problem-solving skills; strong academic performance; resilience; and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Students who have an interest in technology-related fields such as computer science, information technology (IT), engineering and cybersecurity can apply.*
Eligibility of GS Possibility Program
To be eligible, applicants must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university as a full-time sophomore or junior for the current academic year and have no previous internship experience at Goldman Sachs.
The program is open to all students who are currently pursuing their undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting and Business Administration.
What Categories of Students can apply?
The Goldman Sachs Student Possibility Program for Undergraduate/Graduate Students is a full-time internship program designed to help students pursue their dreams of becoming leaders in business and finance.
The program provides an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students from all majors to develop their skills, knowledge and networks by working with leading financial institutions on real-world challenges across industries. These internships offer practical application of core principles taught in class while broadening the student’s perspective through exposure best practices within each organization’s culture.
Students from all majors are encouraged to apply, however, those with a technical background are particularly encouraged to do so. A technical background can include but is not limited to the following fields of study: computer science, information technology (IT), engineering, cybersecurity, software development, data science and analytics.
